Cornerstone exists to help it's community to grow in physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
Executive Director Elizabeth Pratt strives to bring quality, affordable health resources to her community. Her passion is to build relationships in an effort to understand, love, and serve one another better. She and her husband, Tim, live in Sheffield and spend their time outside of work with their three children Avery, Isaac, & Clara.
