What is Baptism?
Baptism is the symbol of Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection, and symbolizes your new life as a Christian. For those who have accepted Christ and want to follow His example, baptism is an opportunity to identify yourself with The Savior and show the world that you are a follower of Christ! Baptism isn’t required for salvation, but is the NEXT STEP of faith for believers.
Why get baptized?
Because you want to follow Christ’s example (Mark 1:9), and Jesus told all believers to do it and set an example by being baptized (Matthew 28:19-20). Baptism is an opportunity to identify ourselves with the Savior and show the world that you are a follower of Christ!

Every person that believes in Christ. The one and only requirement for baptism is that your believe in Christ. Acts 8:13
When should I get baptized?
As soon as you have believed. You should not put it off. Acts 2:41, Acts 8:35-38
